Notes:
- This process will start at the "Discovery - Discover Files and Directories located in Storage Systems" screen.
- The process is the same for AWS S3 or S3 Compatible storage.
- S3 compatible will be used in this process example.
The "Discovery - Storage Systems" shows the discovered systems and their associated scan settings.
- Click on the Cloud Storage tab.

- Click on the Add Cloud Host icon.

A New Cloud Storage Host placeholder is generated (outlined in blue).

Note:
The values provided below are for illustrative purposes actual values are dependent on the system configuration.
Input the following information:
- Label: Cloud Storage Local S3

- Click in the Choose Cloud Type field.
This will display a drop-down list of options to select from (outlined in blue).

- Select S3 Compatible

- Input the Host Address.
In this example the host address is 172.22.14.99:9000
- Click on the Add Host icon.

The System pop-up messages shows "Confirm Add Host" (Title outlined in blue).
- Click on the Continue icon.

The System pop-up messages shows "Processing Request… please wait".

This will display the newly created Cloud Host entitled "Cloud Storage Local S3" (title outlined in blue).

This completes the adding of a Cloud Host while using the Discovery process.
