Accessing Cloud Storage Screen
To access Cloud Storage, perform the following step:
1. Click on the Cloud Link under the STORAGE banner.

This will display the Cloud Storage screen (title outlined in blue).
2. Click in the tile of Cloud Storage - Local S3 AWS Account.

The screen will expand down to display the S3 - Cloud Storage Local S3 - Local S3 AWS Account.
- Click on the Local S3 AWS Account banner.

The screen will expand down to display the Account buckets associated with Local S3 AWS Account (outlined in blue).

Disable All Buckets
At times it may be necessary to disable all buckets.
In this example all automatically detected or manually added buckets will be disabled.
Note:
Hovering over the Toggle All icon (outlined in blue) will provide a tooltip "Toggle all buckets enabled/disabled state (XX of XX enabled) .

To disable all AWS buckets, perform the following steps:
- Click on the Toggle All icon to toggle every bucket to the disabled state.
Note:
In this example a partial list is shown to show details. All buckets will be disabled in this process.

The system pop-up message of "Disabling account... please wait." will be displayed while the request to disable all buckets are being processed.

The display will refresh and return to the Cloud Storage screen.
A system banner message of "Successfully disabled Account 'Local S3 AWS Account'" will be displayed.

Note:
Each selected bucket (outlined in blue) has been changed to the disabled state.

Enable All Buckets
To enable all AWS buckets, perform the following steps:
- Click on the Toggle All icon to toggle every bucket to the enabled state.
Note:
In this example a partial list is shown to show details. All buckets will be enabled in this process.

The system pop-up message of "Enabling account... please wait." will be displayed while the request to enable all buckets are being processed.

The display will refresh and return to the Cloud Storage screen.
A system banner message of "Successfully enabled Account 'Local S3 AWS Account'" will be displayed.

Note:
Each selected bucket (outlined in blue) has been changed to the enabled state.

Disabling Individual Buckets
At times it may be necessary to remove a bucket from discovery.
In this example the buckets "barbara2" and "m4-1" will be disabled.
To disable an AWS bucket, perform the following steps:
- Click on the Enable icon to toggle to the "Disable" state for each bucket to be disabled.
Note:
Wait for the system to process the request before moving onto the next bucket to be disabled.

The system pop-up message of "Disabling bucket... please wait." will be displayed while the request to disable each bucket is being processed.

- Repeat for each bucket to be disabled.
The display will refresh and return to the Cloud Storage screen.
A system banner message of "Successfully disabled 'Bucket Name'" will be displayed.

Note:
Each selected bucket (outlined in blue) has been changed to the disabled state.

Enabling Individual Buckets

- Repeat for each bucket to be enabled.

This completes the process of how to disable/enable buckets of an AWS account.
