Note:
This process will start at the "Discovery - Discover Files and Directories located in Storage Systems" screen.
The "Discovery - Storage Systems" shows the discovered systems and their associated scan settings.
- Click on the Cloud Storage tab.
This will transition to the Discovery - Cloud Storage tab.
- Click on the show all Cloud Hosts link.
All Cloud Hosts Storage System placeholder tiles are displayed.
- Click on the Local link under the STORAGE banner.
This will display the Cloud Storage screen.
In this example the Cloud Storage Host "Amazon Host" is to be selected for removal.
- Click on the Remove icon of the storage system(s) to be removed.
The system will provide the following pop-up confirmation message confirming that the identified resource is to be removed. "Confirm Host Removal" (outlined in green).
- Click the Continue icon to enable removal of the storage system.
The system banner message of "Successfully removed S3 Host 'Amazon Host'" after the Host has been removed.
- Click on the Discovery link under the DATA SERVICES banner.
This will display the Discovery - File Storage tab screen.
- Click on the Cloud Storage tab.
The Discovery - Cloud Hosts screen should be displayed.
- Click on the show all Cloud Hosts link.
Note:
The Storage System "Sample SMB System" is no longer listed.
