7.1 Discovery Reports (Download Report - Storage System Page)

Updated on

IMPORTANT:
Discovery information is purged
after 7 days - to retain the information it is recommended to download  reports prior to them being purged.

Notes:

  1. When the scan is complete, all the created reports will be downloadable by clicking the "Download Report" button.
  2. If any of the shares were unreachable (for any number of reasons), and the scan for that share fails, that share will not have a report in the collected reports, but progress will still progress toward 100%. The progress counts any job processed towards progress, so if all the jobs failed, it would still show 100% done, even though the reports zip file would be empty.

To download the report using the "Download Report" icon perform the following process steps:

Note:
This process will start at the Discovery screen.  This example will use NFS Storage.

  1. Click on the Download Report icon for the desired storage system.
